I have been with the Mid Ocean Club since 1994 where I started in the Dining Room. Working in the Food & Beverage department was exciting and fun, but after 15 years, I decided to make a change and move over to the Golf Department. I loved the change. I knew all the Members and they welcomed me in golf with open arms and Kevin has taught me so much.

Working at Mid Ocean Club has been the best, I would not change it at all. I have been treated like family from the very first day of employment. So, I thank every Member for allowing me to work for you and treating me like your family.

My story here began in 2014, when I joined as a pool and beach attendant at the age of 19. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a transformative journey that would lead me to the role of Assistant General Manager In-Training.

One of the most outstanding aspects of my time at Mid Ocean Club has been the remarkable camaraderie and work environment that pervades every corner of the Club. From the outset, I felt welcomed into a close-knit family of colleagues who shared a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our Members and guests. Mid Ocean Club has been the perfect place to start my career. From the few weeks I spent here as an intern, I could see how much the Human Resources department cared about the Club and the team. Everyone was so welcoming, and I was able to see the RICE values in everyday interactions with my colleagues. When I was offered a position, I felt incredibly supported by my managers as they helped me to figure out where my strengths were and where my talents would be most useful.

I have been given a role that offers exposure to every department, and I learn something new every week. I look forward to coming into work to see my colleagues and interact with Members.
